Oktoberfest Yogis - 9 days of yoga!

Everyone's wanted to participate in yoga challenges, right? Acro, inversions, beginner, etc. Well here's one to try! & it's not even a month long which I know can sometimes be intimidating. Today is actually day 3 of the 9 day challenge (face palm) so feel free to catch up like I did!

As some of you know, I've recently started working with JUST ADD YOGA & their sister company BOOZY YOGA TEES is hosting this challenge along with some other Yogis & breweries! Below are all 9 days of poses performed by yours truly. Lets excuse ALL of the looks & I chose to make coffee my beverage because 1. Mom Life, 2. Cosleeping, 3. it's 8 in the morning & alcohol this early is just not a thing. Also some are crooked or cut off (see above reasons).


DAY 1 - LOTUS

Again. First thing in the morning. Excuse the face. First sip of coffee. You get it.

DAY 2 - CROW

Personal favorite since I can actually do it now LOL. Now just to straighten out my arms..

DAY 3 - HALF MOON

Remember how I said cropped off pictures exist? Other arm is straight(ish) up.

DAY 4 - PIGEON

Probably one of my least favorites because my hip flexors are NOT where they should be..

DAY 5 - DANCER

When I'm actually doing this one, I feel super gracful but seeing the picture - NOPE! Also a tip I learned that changed the way I approach this pose - pull your foot away from your head once you have balance!

DAY 6 - PLANK

DAY 8 - CHAIR

PEEP THAT MOM GUT! At least it's proof to myself that I'm envisioning my belly button to my spine (like I should) & my extra skin is literally just hanging out. Cool beans.
